A/N: Slight language warning, but this is Homestuck we're talking about.

    You walked around the con, gaping at the other cosplayers around you. It was your first time at a con; unfortunately, none of your friends could make it with you, so you went by yourself. Thus explains why you are currently walking around gawking like a braindead fool.

    The real reason you came, however, was for the Homestuck. As a huge fan of the webcomic (A/N: Don't try to deny it, you're reading this and that's all the proof you need) you were attending the con as your favorite male Homestuck character. Today was your final day at the con, and you decided to make the most of it. Since you's watched the Homestuck panel the first day and the character monologues/skits yesterday, you decided to interact with other members of your fandom.

    After walking around for a bit, you saw a character from (favorite anime) harassing a Homestuck cosplayer, also dressed as your favorite Homestuck character. Feeling a bit defensive of your fellow Homestuck, you marched over to give that other cosplayer a good talking-to. A few snippets of their conversation reached your ears as you made your way over.

    "I have told you people once, and I will tell you again. You rainbowy gray freaks aren't welcome here! This is an anime convention, not some freakshow!"

    "I have no idea what you're talking about!"

    "I swear, your fandom is so-"

    "Is there a problem here?" you interrupted. The anti-Homestuck cosplayer whipped around and leered at you.

    "Another one? What is your deal? Get the fuck out of this animecon!" they shouted. They aimed a fist at your face, but before you could react, a hand was grasping this rude cosplayer's wrist.

    "I highly suggest you don't do that," the Homestuck cosplayer said.

    "Or what," the other cosplayer sneered. The (favorite character) cosplayer frowned for a bit, before summoning a weapon from nowhere. This (anime character) cosplayer paled and bolted, while you stared in shock.

    "You're the real deal," you said numbly.

Enough dawdling. Who is this so-called fictional character?
